The second wine of Château Beau-Site, Château Haut-Vignoble Seguin is made in the same winery, one of the oldest in the Médoc. Situated on a hill in this commune, as its name suggests, it is admirably situated on the banks of the Gironde, facing due south, on the slopes opposite Château Calon-Ségur. Its stony slopes are planted with vines whose old stock has been carefully preserved, producing racy, full-bodied, elegant wines.
